Pumpkin & Spice Shukat Room Guardians They go live in my shop this Sunday 11/12 at 12pm EST.

Shukats are polite, and proper, so they are easily irritated by surprises or mess. They are a whiny species with high pitched nasal voices that are often expressing discontent.

I replaced the original eyes I made for this suit because they didn't blend in as well and reminded me of troll doll eyes..

New eyelids at the bottom. They're made of felt, faux fur and craft foam and glue and paint. As this is a "me" project it means I feel like I can be more experimental with things and can make stuff that isn't "perfect" but achieves the look I want.

I highly recommend everyone who does anything creative for a living to occasionally undertake a project that is just for you, if you can. It's allowed me to learn a LOT by making something which I wouldn't feel comfortable doing as a commission or for sale... But I can bring over to other aspects of my work!

Gull griffins are well adapted to man-made changes to their environment and have made their way inland from the coasts to snack on parking lot garbage.
